Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. General Information 1.1. The Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro Online Store is owned by the company Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, headquartered at Rua do Bairrinho 127, Barqueiros MSF, 5040-102 Portugal. 1.2. The customer must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages in Portugal. When making a purchase on our website, the customer declares that he is of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages in his country of residence. 1.3. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the online store at any time and without prior notice. We recommend that the customer regularly read these terms and conditions of use.

2. Payment 2.1. We only accept prepaid orders. 2.2. Available payment methods are PayPal. 2.3 Prices for Portugal include VAT at the current rate.
   

3. Shipping 3.1. The customer can choose to collect the product at the physical store for free or receive the order at home (subject to charging shipping costs). 3.2. Shipping times and shipping prices vary depending on the country of destination and the number of bottles ordered. The customer must verify this data on the checkout page or on the product page. 3.3. Delivery is made by the carrier contracted by Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to strikes or other events beyond our control. 
   

4. Returns 4.1. Returns will be handled case by case, however refunds are not guaranteed.
   

5. Orders 5.1. At the moment the maximum quantity per order is 4 boxes of 6 bottles, subject only to existing stock. For orders, the sales unit is the box, which contains 6 bottles, which is the minimum number of bottles to order. 5.2. The prices shown in the online store include VAT at the current rate. Shipping costs are not included in the price shown. 5.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an error in the prices shown or in case of stock outage. In this case, the customer will be informed and receive a full refund. 
   

6. Privacy 6.1. The data provided by customers will be used exclusively to process orders, not being made available to third parties for other purposes, except when required by law. The Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro online store uses the Webnode hosting and website construction service, which is responsible for collecting, storing and protecting data from store users. Users can refer to Webnode's privacy policy for more information. The Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro online store does not store user information beyond that necessary to process orders. Users can browse the online store anonymously without creating an account. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored by the Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro online store. 
   

7. Insurance 7.1 The international value of the insurance is around €10 per bottle, however if you want additional insurance, you must inform it at the time of shipment, the cost of the additional insurance will be 2% of the value of the goods with a minimum of €10 per bottle. each insurance taken out.

8. Transport service. 8.1 The transport service includes pick-up, packing, specialized packing, shipping and follow-up (and fuel charges). 8.2 For unidentified destinations, please consult by email (saltacao@gmail.com).
   

9. Customs expenses. 9.1 Customs expenses are included in the service to the United States, the remaining countries outside the European Union (Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, ... ) are subject to fees for customs clearance.
